The Under-13 and Under-15 girls cricket tams had the pleasure of playing in the ‘Chance to Shine’ Cricket Tournament before half term and displayed a fantastic effort on a very hot day.

Throughout the way 3 wickets were taken by Charis, Jess and Thato, with plenty of runs also scored by Ellie, Georgia, Yasmin, Kelis, Bethany, Amelia and Tamyra reaching the boundary for 4. Moreover, Takyra, Bethany and Thato hit 6s and Kelis was the retired batter with 20 individual runs in one match.

The Under 13 team came away with 3 wins and 2 losses, placing 3rd overall, as did the under-15 team with 2 wins and 3 losses.
