Year 7 September 2022 Intake

Admissions to Bluecoat Wollaton Academy are carried out as part of the home authority’s coordinated admission arrangements. Parents/Carers wishing to apply for a year 7 place at Bluecoat Aspley Academy starting on September 2022 should complete a local authority common application for by the 31st October 2021, naming Bluecoat Wollaton Academy as a preference.

In addition to completing the (Online common application form), parents/carers should also complete a Bluecoat Wollaton Academy supplementary form available to be completed online (linked below) or for download in the ‘documents and forms’ section to the right, alternatively a paper copy can be collected from the academy office. The supplementary form should be returned directly to the academy F.A.O Admissions by the 31st October 2021. Failure to complete both forms may result in your application not being considered under all possible criteria. Notification of school allocation will be made by your home local authority on National Offer Day. For September 2022 entry, National Offer Day is 1st March 2022.

In-Year Applications

To apply for an In-Year admission, please complete the ‘BWA In-Year Application Form 2021-2022’ below. Alternatively, where this is not possible a paper application can be posted on request, please email ALT-admissions@bluecoat.uk.com or call 0115 900 7210 to request an application, providing your address and contact details.
