Bluecoat Wollaton were very pleased and humbled to be named By Ofsted’s Regional Director for the East Midlands as one of the schools in the region who are getting it right and ‘where it is working’ on exclusions and are pleased that the inclusive nature of our school and Trust means that every student has the full opportunity to do well and achieve. The report refers to the teaching at our academy which gives them ‘a sense of purpose and helps them to progress’. Emma Ing also cited in a tweet that she was ‘Thankful for the scandalously inclusive schools’ naming Magnus Academy and ourselves as part of this.
